Maybe there's a wardrobe you can barely shut, a garage that's become a dumping ground, or things have gradually spread through the whole house and you genuinely don't know where to start.
Maybe you're constantly buying things you know you already own because you can't find them. Or hearing “Mum, where's my...?” ten times a day and somehow being expected to know 😂
Life gets busy. Stuff comes in faster than it goes out and eventually your home becomes another thing you have to manage.
That's where I come in.
I'm Ruth, founder of Happy Home Ascot and a professional home organiser based in Windlesham. I help families across Ascot and surrounding areas declutter and organise their homes.
I do the emptying, sorting and categorising. We decide together what's staying, then I organise everything you're keeping so it has a proper place.
No judgement, no pressure to become a minimalist and absolutely no need to tidy before I come.

We’ll work through your home room by room, dealing with the clutter, finding better ways to use each space and sourcing storage where it’s genuinely needed.
Moving home? Our team can unpack and organise your new home, getting everything out of boxes and properly put away so it feels like home from day one.
We’ll take care of everything from kitchens and wardrobes to bedrooms and living spaces. We'll even make the beds!

Frequently asked questions
Will you judge me for the state of my home?
Absolutely not. Please don't tidy before I come! Homes get cluttered and I've seen plenty of them. I'm there to help you sort it, not judge how it got there.
Do I have to get rid of loads?
No. I'm not there to turn you into a minimalist or persuade you to throw away things you love. You decide what stays and what goes. I'll make the process much easier.
Do I have to do all the sorting myself?
No. That's a huge part of what you're hiring me for. I'll do the emptying, sorting and categorising so we can work through everything much more quickly.
Can you organise my whole house?
Yes. Whole-house projects are actually some of my favourites. We can work through your home room by room over several sessions, and I can bring additional organisers for larger projects if needed.
Can you source storage for me?
Yes. Once we've decluttered and know exactly what's staying, I can source storage that suits your home and the space available.
